New Program At WLRCF

Fam,

You & I love CrossFit. Our training offers a unique blend of challenge, community, sweat, and undeniable results when paired with our nutrition approach.

But you probably know someone who would never walk into a CrossFit class — maybe a parent, a spouse, or a friend who would love to improve their health, but doesn't feel the appeal of the high-intensity workouts associated with us.

That's why I'm launching MetFix.

MetFix is for the people you care about who want health, more than performance:

  • For parents who want to stay independent and avoid medications.
  • For loved ones who need personal coaching and smaller groups.
  • For anyone who wants to lose fat, eat better, and live longer — without heavy barbells or advanced gymnastics.

It's the same heart you know from CrossFit, but with different priorities: nutrition first, longevity over performance, and truth over trends.

If CrossFit is your path, MetFix might be the path for someone you would love to see here, but who struggles to jump in on their own.

Our classes are simple and taught in 3 sections: Body, Belly, and Brain.

🟢 Body – Safe, simple workouts for strength, balance, and independence.

  • We train for longevity and metabolism. The goals of our workouts are to "pick things up safely" instead of "deadlifting", to "lower and lift yourself well" instead of "burpees" and "squats", to move blood and oxygen around the body, and to release and balance hormones.
  • Think about our "Just Move" workouts you're used to seeing.

🟢 Belly – Nutrition that heals, not gimmicks.

  • We cover nutrition in each session. My job is to take essential nutrition functions like Cellular Respiration and teach participants a simple version of it.
  • "You're like a car engine, premium gas is food like apples and salmon. Old and cheap gas is food products like chips and candy. If you only owned one car for your whole life, what kind of gas would you put in it? Great, let's build a meal of great foods you can get after our workout today."

🟢 Brain – A short parting discussion piece around the truth about health.

  • Simple education that cuts through industry marketing and confusion.
  • Tools to protect your health for the long run.
  • Questions like "Does fat cause heart attacks?" "What is food? Why are some of our foods illegal in other countries?" "Why are there cartoon characters on candy and cigarette ads?"

My goal with this program is to restore human health and fitness at a cellular level.

I want to give people the best protection from type 2 and 3 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. All of which is proven to be supremely impacted by building a healthy metabolism.

Side effects include:

  • A sense of doable challenge.
  • Community
  • Reversal of chronic diseases and symptoms.
  • Reclaiming and maintaining independence.
  • Losing Fat
  • Gaining Strength
  • Improving mood and mental health

When:

Sessions will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 8:30 am

Session starts September 15th, but participants can join in at any time.

Here at the gym. 11519 Kanis Road, Little Rock, AR 722211

Who:

Participants will work with me.

How much:

  • The initial 12 weeks are $267.

*If the participant feels the program is not for them within the first week, they can opt out and receive a full refund of the remaining 11 weeks.

  • After 12 weeks, the continued cost is $89 every 4 weeks.

*If you have a membership at WLRCF, your price is covered.

*Family and friends can pay for participants.

*This program will be 100% reimbursable by HSA/FSA before December 2025.

I'm currently only meeting with people who:

  • Are over 60 years old.
  • Have a chronic disease *See list below
  • Would benefit from more 1v1 attention than a large group class provides.
  • Routinely require modifications of movements in classes.

For now, we are only accepting referrals and are not open to the general public.

This means you're my go-to source for helping people change their lives for the better, using the same tools you've discovered with us. I need your help.

Chronic Disease Qualification List:

  • Cardiovascular diseases: Conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels are the leading cause of death globally. They include:
    • Coronary heart disease
    • High blood pressure (hypertension)
    • High cholesterol (hyperlipidemia)
    • Heart failure
    • Stroke

Cancers

Diabetes Type 2

Obesity: excessive body fat that can increase the risk of other chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

Arthritis: Inflammation and pain in one or more joints. Common types include osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Chronic kidney disease: A progressive condition where the kidneys lose their ability to function properly.

Epilepsy

Migraine

Depression

Bipolar disorder

Anxiety disorders

Chronic fatigue syndrome (ME)

Sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea.
