Strong in 60 Seconds: What to eat when you don’t feel like eating

“Fuel isn’t about feelings. It’s about function.”

Here’s the thing:
You’re not always going to feel hungry.
You’re not always going to feel motivated.
And you’re not always going to feel like eating well.

But your body still needs fuel — especially if you train.

Here’s the tip:
Keep two “low-effort meals” on standby. Always.

  • Protein shake + banana + peanut butter powder, all into the Ninja Creami - what a gross name

  • Deli turkey + microwave rice + pickle

  • Greek yogurt + granola + honey

  • Scrambled eggs + toast + hot sauce

If you’re tired, stressed, or just not in the mood — eat anyway.
