Strong in 60 Seconds: “Eating clean” isn’t the whole answer
“Just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean it’s helping.”
Most people start “eating clean” by flipping their entire diet upside down.
No carbs.
No sugar.
No fun.
All-in, overnight.
And it works… for about six days.
Then they crash, crack, and binge.
Cue the guilt. Cue the shame. Cue the “I’ll start over Monday.”
It’s not that they failed.
It’s that the plan was never sustainable.
So they keep swinging between all-or-nothing until they either burn out…
or give up and call themselves the problem.
You’re not the problem.
The plan is.
Here’s the tip:
- Eat mostly whole foods, yes.
- But don’t flip your life upside down.
- Start small. Stay consistent.
- Build meals that support your body and your life.
The last client we worked with dropped 30 pounds of pure fat in 4 months.
Not by eating “clean” 100% of the time — but by starting with just one whole food meal a day and keeping the other 3 meals the same.
From there, we built.
You don’t need perfection. You need a plan you can repeat.
Want your own 30-pound fat loss story? [We’ll start with just one meal.]
See you at the gym,
Jeff
PS – You can’t hate yourself into a healthier body. Trust me, people have tried.
