S.A.I.D. is Running Your Life (Kinda)
S.A.I.D. = Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands
If someone carries 100lb bags of rice up and down a mountain daily for 10 years, they will get good at that task.
In fact, you can close your eyes and visualize what that person looks like- and do it accurately because your brain knows the SAID principle.
They're probably lean and have yoked calves and big shoulders.
This principle is always operating.
If we sit a lot, we become good sitters.
If we consume more than we burn, we become good storehouses of calories (energy).
If we work out (or hell, just move) often and consume whole foods, we'll begin reflecting that in our bodies.
You get the idea. We rarely need a new workout routine. 99% of us need to drink more water, eat whole foods more often, get sunlight and laughter, and lift heavy things. The devil is in having someone to do it with. A coach can help.
To summarize.
Form Follows Function.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then brother, it's not Vin Diesel; it's a duck.
