Skinny-Fat and Living Happily Ever After

When you focus on getting smaller, but not consuming less, which makes you sick - that's called TOSS: Thin Outside, but Still Sick. It's where your internal state is still the same as it was before you lost weight. TOSS is miserable in the long term.

Most people who do TOSS survive off caffeine and other stimulants...

And go to Orange Theory.

Here are some real-life accounts from clients who have recovered from TOSS.

"There's a constant need to burn calories."

"Fun activities and sports became about the exercise benefits or HR Zone. You're there to lose weight."

"I never ate enough. I wanted junk and never anything good, so I just didn't eat at all. Adderall, it's a hell of a drug."

This approach to an eating disorder disguised as "the good life" is as much, if not more, a psychological concern than "the glamorous lifestyle."

People can usually hide from their neighbors, but not their children.

Being overweight was unsustainable for people who went the TOSS route. When they discovered that TOSS and constant cardio bunny sessions were also unsustainable, they found us.

And they're closer to living happily ever after, just with muscles.
