There is only one way to improve both weight and health.
You focus on health.
You do that by eating Meat, Veggies, Nuts, Seeds, Some Starch, A Little Fruit, no sugar, and No Seed Oils. Find a strength training program that you enjoy and attend three or more times per week.
When in doubt, close your eyes and hear my soothing southern voice in your ear, saying over and over again:
"Health is inside me. When I have it, the outside of me gets taken care of."
And when that little white-robed guy with a halo shows up in your other ear, swat him away.
