Chat GPT says it takes 50 seconds to write something that takes 10 seconds to read.
I started a 2:30 timer about 20 seconds ago.
So WHAT THE F*CK DO I SAY WITH ONLY TWO MINUTES TO SAY IT?

Do not waste time.
Time is the ONLY thing you, or I, or anyone ever-f*cking-had.
As soon as your time is gone, your idea of safety, money, politics, and possessions, all of that junk is gone too.
So, now that you have anxiety.
Protect your time- a little.
Fill your time- a lot.
Fill it with as many worthwhile, fulfilling endeavors, belly-cramping belly laughs, good food, nature, proud moments, deep breaths, smiles, gratitude for great people and good dogs-gone, travel, new beginnings, singing happy birthday, and kisses in the rain on a gravel parking lot.
