If you've never read Anthony Bourdain, you are indeed missing something in your life. Tony, or as my French friends call him, "Tuh-Nee," left the world a more informed, entertained, and curious place to explore via food, culture, and the underworld of cooking- from Vietnam street carts to Michelin-starred cuisine. He also makes it near-impossible just to put his damn books down and go to sleep!
But, one of the best things Tony left for you, a fellow huble seeker of the truth, is his excellent essay on what meat once was vs the monstrosity that now parades as meat on your plate, or dare I say, between your buns.
